coffee machine natural light poor curtain water flood

the room included a kettle and filter coffee machine. the Windows Allowed natural light IN. i enjoyed having wifi.

the shower curtain was VERY poor. after i had a shower, the room flooded with water. this was not ideal.

subpar STAY due TO room ISSUES

damp smell short shower curtain

the room smelled STRONGLY of damp. I also noticed MOLD above the main door , WHICH was concerning. the bedroom LACKED a blind on the window near the door , so it got LIGHT early. the shower curtain was SHORT , and the bathroom FLOODED after each shower.

Acceptable stay with minor drawbacks

small room no elevator

The location was good and close to many things (i liked this a lot).

The room was quite small, really limiting movement. There was also no elevator, so carrying luggage to upper floors became bothersome.

A Charmed Stay Close to Everything

convenient location short walk quick communication

I found the location convenient. I could easily walk to many popular attractions. Victoria Station was also just a short walk, a real bonus for getting around the city. Communication was prompt. The staff responded quickly via WhatsApp.

The bathroom was quite small. It felt a little cramped. There was limited counter space for toiletries. The shower curtain was a bit short, so water tended to splash onto the floor.

The hotel is centrally located near Victoria Station and several popular attractions. This offers guests the chance to explore the surrounding areas with ease, and a lot of restaurants and cafes are only a short walk away too. The hotel's location is ideal.

The self check-in process was very smooth, and I received clear instructions ahead of time. The staff was readily available on WhatsApp. They answered any questions I had , this made settling in very easy.

My room included air conditioning and a mini fridge. These amenities were a welcome addition. The bed was also quite comfortable, and there was good natural light thanks to the windows. The room was also equipped with a kettle.
